Alonzo Highsmith, a die-hard 'Cane, with success with the Packers and Browns, is one the very few who can turn this around. More important than the Coach, OC, O-line coach, QB coach, is the AD. Alonzo would leave Cleveland in a heartbeat to come back to Miami. I followed him on Twitter for years; he made that very clear for quite a long time.
