Herb Waters to CB

Ricardo Williams I believe. Golden did recruit him though and he committed. It was a big deal bc randy didn't recruit him. He ended up Transferring

For some reason I was thinking James Burgess. Went to Louisville. Could be wrong though.

Yep, GB Press-Gazette. Nobody ever knows anything though with GB injuries, except in the case of Nick Collins when it was pretty well known he was done. Hopefully not and this is precautionary to hold him through the 4th week bye.
