This is not correct. As I understand it, There's no set number. They're allowed to practice as many times as they want leading up to their bowl game, so long as the hours per week guidelines from the regular season are observed.

So they've missed two weeks of practice time already. There's no making that up since each week has a cap on hours you can practice.
