I know a super scientific and probably highly accurate way to pick the next head coach that will virtually guarantee a good decision.

Lock the BOT and Blake James into a room and tell each of them to write down their top 10 candidates for the job. Take the aggregate of all those names and immediately eliminate every single one of them from consideration. That alone will make our hit rate increase exponentially.
