I would think they should have been approved already. I never hear of any transfers having issues from these community colleges. Maybe a little odd it is delayed. Not sure if it is on NCAA or USC taking so long

FYI I was wrong about USC. He was at a community college in Cali and supposedly the summer session ended late.
