Wow. This thread went left really fast.

Anyway, props to one of the FEW coaches on this staff that actually deserves to keep their job if Al gets fired. (along with Larry Scott, Art, and Hurlie Brown) The one thing I fear is that some new coach will come in, not see the value in Ice, and UF or FSU happily pluck this guy away. (UF more then likely) That would not be a good thing for us.

Let's see, you want a nice high school coach with all of 3 months college experience who just now is getting his degree to become the Head Coach of THE U. Is that so you can cry about racism whne he gets fired? ND tried that with the most successful HS coach in history. It didn't work out to well. Please do not end Ice's career before he gets a chance to have one. Let the man learn about college coaching before you throw him under the bus. Next thing you will be screaming for is the local Pop Warner coach who happens to be black to get the job. Cut Ice the slack he needs to have a chance at success.
