I think 4 of them make it. Dre makes it because for a stretch he was outright elite and was the best WR in the league along with Fitzgerald. What will be held against him is that he didn’t reach the playoffs often. Vince was a dominant NT but his position didn’t exactly rack up stats. Still he played and won with the Patriots. Bryant won’t even get nominated.Gore and Reed are locks. Vince and Johnson are on the bubble. Bryant not a chance
That’s my take for both of them. Andre was elite but he didn’t have much success in the postseason. His team only reach there once or twice and that will be held against him which is why he’s not a lock/first ballot. With Wilfork due to his position he doesn’t have those numbers that would ‘wow’ you. He was one of the best nose stuffing tackles of his area and his job was too attract two OL’s which he did exceptionally well. His dominance was not reflected in his stats which why I don’t think he’s a first ballot.I think 4 of them make it. nose tackles don't get in because they don't rack up stats. the only one in the hall was all-pro from his rookie year until he retired back in the 40s and 50s. i hope the voters can at least look at his influence on the field that drove the pats defense and not just the stat sheet.LoL at Dre and Vince on the bubble....Just stop it....
ST would've been the 5th
