Great season but now need the next season adjustments

At one point we didn’t think we were making the playoffs and now made it to the natty with one TD away from winning. It was a great season! However this was a three point game with a decent kicker! Hopefully Olson and Weinberg are more reliable. We need to load back in the trenches. Last year we made our weakness (defense) our strength. Where do you see the need for improvement?

We missed either borrgalis this year for sure. Kickers are key to victory and ours made some kicks but also may have cost us in the end.

Need more playmakers on offense. Unbelievable as it sounds, Miami was playing for a national title and the team from Indiana had a more dynamic WR and TE room.

I'm gonna keep saying it until I'm blue in the face, but we need to learn to play a cleaner game and not even tempt the refs to throw a flag, especially in the ACC. We can really only afford to lose 1 conference game, and maybe not even that considering we play ND at ND, and given our tendency to lose the "wrong" conference game that keeps us out of the ACCCG.

That said, the conference slate looks pretty favorable......Clemson at Clemson, sure, BC is always tough for some reason, but other than that? Lot of the bigger games at home, and no Louisville or SMU.

Next year is a new team with new pieces. We gonna have new leaders, new chemistry. We need to be more disciplined but it also comes from playing with aggression. How do u balance it. We not guaranteed to be back there. ND thought that. We have to be hungry and ****ed off. 2nd is not an achievement

I don’t think so. This was not even close to a complete team which Mario will create. This defense never played together and Indiana had 30 year olds playing together for 10 years. Consider this our 2000 season.

We need another her receiver at least. Our passing game was just Toney all year. Daniel’s never stepped up.

We need to add a portal DE and also a blocking TE if the style of offense will remain the same.

Need to add Lbs that can cover in space …secondary needs some real dogs back there ..Need speed at WR we lacked that bad outside of Mali ..also need a TE that can catch the got **** ball
