I agree, developing recruits is the foundation for success. But, without upperclass leadership the room could be adrift. Double edge sword, leadership versus reduced playing time for the kids. Don’t believe a grad transfer can hurt, if their roll as mentor is understood. I do think Hartley can provide the leadership role, it’s on the staff to coach up. Just sayin
