You think our staff is a joke now....How bout when he first started

Terry Richardson- FLORIDA recruiting coordinator- he coached at UCONN and hadn't been in FL since college
George McDonald- just got relieved of his coordinator duties at 'Cuse
Jedd Fisch- Good coach obviously but couldnt recruit a qb to save his life

Dont know how you just dont hire all South Florida head coaches and 2 boss coordinators-

Shockey said it best "if miami got every south florida kid every year, we would never lose the national title, EVER!"

Don't know if this even validates a post lol but I'm just tryin to find anything that makes this clown leave town

and his current staff are scholars?

Golden sucks balls but not sure this thread makes sense. All 3 got better jobs, 2 NFL jobs and one OC position (although he later got relieved of that duty).

Terry Richardson and George McDonald were actually great coaches. If we still had Richardson we would've gotten Sony Michel. And George McDonald was a great recruiter and a good WR coach. His ability to be an oc and call plays has nothing to do with him as a position coach.

McDonald got an upgrade to Syracuse oc
Richardson went to the nfl
Fisch went to the NFL

mcdonald turned around streeter. Richardson put 3 UCONN rb's into the NFL as good players.
