I think we have 7 seniors and then TVD/Zion/whomever else possibly leaving early, so going to need to be more roster attrition.

DJ Ivey - Fifth-Year Senior
Waynmon Steed, Jr. - Sixth-Year Redshirt Senior
Justice Oluwaseun - Sixth-Year Redshirt Senior
Will Mallory - Fifth-Year Senior
Lou Hedley - Sixth-Year Redshirt Senior
Antonio Moultrie - Sixth-Year Redshirt Senior
DJ Scaife, Jr. - Fifth-Year Senior

Possible last year at UM:

Gilbert Frierson - Fifth-Year Redshirt Junior
Al Blades, Jr. - Fifth-Year Redshirt Junior
Frank Ladson, Jr. - Fourth-Year Junior
Jacob Lichtenstein - Sixth-Year Redshirt Senior (may have 2 years eligibility?)
Peyton Matocha - Fourth-Year Redshirt Sophomore
Ryan Ragone - Fifth-Year Redshirt Junior
Keshawn Washington - Third-Year Redshirt Freshman
Clay James - Fifth-Year Redshirt Junior
Zion Nelson - Fourth-Year Junior
Ousman Traore - Fifth-Year Redshirt Junior

We are not going to be anywhere close to knowing the answer to that for quite some time.

We may lose a few from the roster in August.

And then we should know more as the season progresses (monitor playing time for any pre-Mario signees, that should give you an idea of who will be pushed out).

would you say it's safe to say that it WILL exceed 25?

Yes. In total, yes.

Not sure what the HS to Portal mix will be, but I said it on another thread that I think we can safely go after 25 HS kids and then worry about Portal numbers next spring. Until now, you kinda-sorta had to "hold back" a few Portal spots.
