Won a national title as a player. Won a G5 conference title as a head coach. Won a national title as AHC/OL at Alabama. Won a P5 conference title. I know we have fans who like to ***** all over this guy, but he comes with a pedigree unlike our last five coach (other than Mark who should have retired after getting canned at Georgia).
 
To me, this move would show the cfb world that UM isnt willing to be everyone's doormat anymore.

Back to reality tho..

I think Mario just priced himself out of UMs reach and, if I'm Zo, I'm not putting myself in position to answer to two people who have never played the game or have the experience he does. If I'm Zo, I tell the BOT the remember my # when they decide to actually move on from this sh*t show. Either you want a real AD, or who keep hiring people to make up for what your current AD lacks (which makes absolutely no sense)

Mario is the same guy as Manny. He has no dynamic offense. Go get Urban Meyer, put Highsmith in front office and call it a day.
