It's important to keep e-mailing BOT members, AD, tweeting players, etc... to make sure they hear who we want and don't want.

Korn Ferry Miami's director is bonnie.crabtree@kornferry.com, could be a name to add when email blasting and re-iterate why names like Mario are no good, and why names like Butch are.

Everyone's itching to get involved, better to e-mail, fly banners, do something, than play the waiting game.

In order:

Gonna pretend like Miami won't spend more than 4m, therefore not being able to get the big money guys like Chip

Want:
1) Butch: safest, lowest risk option.
2) Herman: Would be a bigger gamble than Butch, but could see even higher return on investment.

Don't want:
1) Mario: scary scary scary
2) Strong: Makes miami look foolish to embrace a coach immediately after he gets kicked off the team

If butch wants to bring in mario as a Coach in waiting, I think he'd actually have a good plan to prepare mario when his time is up. I'll trust him on that if that scenario happens.
