For sure, for the most part. But if you analyze critical positional traits like pocket management and post-snap mental processing Fields is noticeably behind his counterparts in this draft class. When reads are defined and everything is in rhythm he's phenomenal. He just doesn't have nearly the same footwork or feel as the other top QBs in this class, and needs to be more consistent with pinpoint accuracy.Just like any other QB in the country or any other player that plays the game of

I think he can develop into a quality NFL starter - week 1 was a major step forward from last season - but it will take time. Have to keep in mind how the OSU offense masks QB play with lots of crossers, screens, RPOs and defined shot plays/1on1s.
