Also seems off-brand for Baylor and the Big XII as that's an offensive conference with a lot of bright, innovative minds.

From Art Briles to Matt Rhule—to now a defensive fossil like Chizik, who hasn't done much outside of his special run with Cam Newton—Baylor either rushed this hire, or they put out feelers and a lot of guys were happy where they're at.

Should've brought in a Larry Fedora or a Rich Rod here, over Chizik. No way their people can be happy with this retread hire.

This guy was a losing coach at Iowa State whose best season win total was a monumental 3 games.

He undeservedly gets the Auburn job. Cam and Gus win him a Natty, and then he goes right back to his losing ways and gets fired.

He sits on the sidelines for 3 years, and somehow gets hired at a program that just 11 games.
