Notre Dame has been incredibly hot and is playing for their postseason lives. A series win will be huge.At home against another bottom feeder. Saying to expect a big turnaround isn’t going out on a limb really!
Finish strong and maybe they shock us with a positive result in our tourney and then Regional somewhere.
All series wins are huge.Notre Dame has been incredibly hot and is playing for their postseason lives. A series win will be huge.
Notre Dame has most certainly been hot.All series wins are huge.
Playing for your lives may mean less in baseball than any other sport.
Incredibly hot vs Cal and Stanford? Bowling Green? 2 of 3 from a less than mid-table Louisville. They have had a JD’esque job saving schedule also at the end.
We should sweep them. A series win being huge says it all.
Important to note who they are hot against.Notre Dame has most certainly been hot.
Lmao, when most of the country says your team is hot, there's more than smoke.Important to note who they are hot against.
We were “HOT” too but then ran into a team mid table with a freakin pulse. On the road too…
Like maybe Notre Dame is doing now?
If we swept sisters of Mary Christian people in here would go nuts and call us hot
No sir. Maybe most of the country thinks as some on here and doesn’t look at teams played during the hot streak. I did.Lmao, when most of the country says your team is hot, there's more than smoke.
But we definitely cooled off
Sounds very similar but at the same time - their last 4 weekends they are 11-1 (8-1 in conference) against Cal, Stanford, Louisville, and Bowling Green. They have taken care of below to mid teams to put themselves in position to make the post season...sounds an awful lot like Miami.
And they've been good on the road, so I'm expecting 2 out of 3 realistically.Notre Dame has most certainly been hot.
Here's to hoping. The freshmen have a lot of pressure and you have to have ice cold veins to maintain as a freshman. No sir. Maybe most of the country thinks as some on here and doesn’t look at teams played during the hot streak. I did.
Some in here pointed to the schedule and said it’s a JD saver. Others said no man we are on fire.
We didn’t cool off it’s who and what we are. 180th give or take in hitting and 50th or worse in pitching. Notre Dame isn’t great so let’s see. Hey we are stuck with him now so I hope we make one heck of a run.
Also…outside of Clemson and FSU the ACC is not all that. Liberty can’t beat Sam Houston State but outside of Clemson had their way with the ACC.Sounds very similar but at the same time - their last 4 weekends they are 11-1 (8-1 in conference) against Cal, Stanford, Louisville, and Bowling Green.
Doesn't really sniff the run Miami went on at 12-2 in 5 weekends (A rainout from probably being 13-2) all in conference against Pitt, Duke, GT, BC, and NCST
Miami did it against 2nd, 3rd, 5th, 13th, and 14th place teams in the conference. ND did it against 16th, 15th, and 9th place teams.
By all means, if we pay attention to who their run is against, hot or not, this should be a sweepable series.
