I'm fully aware that there isn't any real rhyme or reason for the committee's decisions; we all know they just do whatever they want. However I'd like to strip them from as many excuses as possible for justifying why they have ND in over us.

If Boise state loses their conference championship game I'm curious to know how that would affect ND's SOS since they played them. I would also assume North Texas winning might give us a slight bump since their only loss was to USF.

Also if JMU loses coupled with the loss of Tulane/NT I'm wondering if there's a possibility that Pitt, Louisville or SMU could sneak in at 25 on the final ranking to either give us another ranked win or ranked loss.

I know I'm deep in the weeds here haha just thinking out loud. Thoughts?

Was thinking more along the lines of UNLV beating Boise State impacting Notre Dame's strength of record. They don't need a win over Boise who ends as a conference champion on their committee resume

Lol bro when that dude said conf games can moves teams up and down what he meant is our agenda remains king. Nothing can stop us and we will do what we want. Translations for people that don’t understand… that means the conf ships can still move non sec teams down and move other sec teams up. The only thing they can do is support the corrupt bodies agenda. They will use what ever logic they want… and there is nothing anyone can do about it.
