FYI: 247 and Early Signings

One thing I see about the article I like is 0 key targets announcing early.

it appears most "top" schools have convinced the high majority of their class to sign early. allows us to focus on some main targets

Richt will have a month and a half to try and close on only 4-5 players will be huge
 
Didn't read, but having the majority of your class signed early means you don't have to invest a million hours continuing to recruit commits. Frees up a lot of time to spend closing on the remaining recruits you need.

The staff did a great job of lining up the early enrollees and those who are going to sign early. This will allow them to really shine on the recruiting trail with their last few targets.
