Still early my friend but I get it. This OC seems to be fixing it a lot of it.
We all say dumb ****. No worries.

I mean, I fired him like a million times last year. The night of the FIU game I spammed "**** Manny Diaz and anyone who supports him," into every thread for the first 5 pages on the football board.

If we finished just 5 points better per game we'd be a 10 win team last year. We'd be ranked about 50th in offense, and it's what I was "hoping" for. What we've seen in just 3 games is so beyond what I thought Lashlee could do when he was hired. I'm just a clown that digs holes.

I wasn’t happy that day either. No issue with you making the comment last year (context is everything) and definitely completely respect the bump to eat crow before anyone else mentioned it.

To be fair to Dan, the OC was only a step in the right direction. He's right, that alone would not have fixed our offense. To Manny's credit though adding a new OL coach, new receivers coach, two of the best young RBs in the country, a good RT, and most importantly adding an elite QB have changed the offense.

You should probably lock every thread prior to 1/13/20 if we're trying to avoid calls for Manny's head on a platter.

Bu this could be part of the best redemption story in UM history.

Before you try and cash in on these takes, perhaps let Manny Diaz do something he didn't do last year (beat Louisville and FSU) before you let Manny Diaz swipe your nose like a credit card.
This is a logical take. As I mentioned w another poster, I’m cautiously optimistic b/c of Lashlee. However, we did throttle both FSU & UL last yr w/ a deplorable OC, OL, & QB. UL’s ranking in the top 25 had more to do w less teams than them being a true top 25 squad, and they’ve been exposed.

Coming off a bye (which was our Achille’s heel), and facing a true test in Clemson will let us know what’s what. Not just the game, but if we happen to lose, how our mindset will be. The Gatorade bath after beating a hella weak FSU squad had me a little shook, no cap.
