Top 25 in overall ranking? Has their geology department found potential sinkholes at the 77 or so universities ahead of them?

Top 25 Public? Ok, more doable; they only need to buy off 20 or so state legislatures to cut funding to their premier schools (Florida just might work, they can send it to FPU!)

Top 25 in Title IX/Civil Rights investigations? They are a shoe-in for #3., after lifetime PSU and O$Ucks band...
