Pretty easy to fix Miami. The greatest built in advantage known to mankind. You need players to wins games, followed closely by great coaches. U give me the players and u keep the money and stadiums and I'll kick ur *** 8/10 times. Hire dimwits like Golden and Shannon and Coker and u get what we have now. Simple as that.
