Has there been any word about kids not qualifying or better yet not being admitted elsewhere that we might be on for this Fall? What about graduates looking to play somewhere for a year? And while Im at it, any word on any of our kids transferring or hanging the cleats up?

There are some players out there but UM can be extremely picky this time around, thank goodness. Not to mention there is only 1 spot left for the 2014 class, unless there are transfers which maybe coming up soon now that the spring semester is finished.

Go Canes

Former #Oregon QB Jake Rodrigues has several schools reaching out
#Texas #Michigan #Miami #SDSU #UtahState

I think SDSU is the most serious about him and the favorite

There is 6'2" 230lb JUCO RB Drew Harris from ASA who is still unsigned.

He is supposedly a bit of a slight head case according to some posters on here in an older thread that have connections to the ASA Coaching staff.

Here is one of th older threads about rb Drew Harris
http://www.canesinsight.com/threads/73662-JuCo-RB-Drew-Harris?highlight=drew+harris

Harris a big back with breakaway speed (4.45 sec 40yd), he was used sparringly in his 1 year at ASA because he freelanced in the beginning, so the coaching staff sat him on the bench. So he still has a lot of wear left as a running back.

Now if he has finally learned to be a team player from his experience at prep school and Juco then this guy could be a very good late pick up to support a power running game allowing Joseph Yearby to red-shirt and Trayone Gray if he makes it in will need a red-shirt year to get his academics in order while learning the play book.
