Jai Lucas and the Hurricanes welcomed back several Miami greats for a special practice session this morning.

Former Hurricanes like Chris Lykes, Isaiah Wong, Kameron McGusty, Nysier Brooks, Charlie Moore, Bensley Joseph, Davon Reed, and even longtime head coach Jim Larrañaga were all invited to the practice session with the current team.

It's refreshing to have a former UM coach remain engaged with the school and basketball program. It doesn't have to be the coaching disappearing on bad terms.

It’s good for Jai too as a young first time HC. I’m guessing L is a good resource for him.

It’s hard to fault anything he’s done from day 1. Haven’t played a game yet, but my sense is there is a lot of good going on.
