Not a defense by any means of the **** show that was Miami O vs UVA or of the entire O's coaching staff, but just a little added color.
Kirby was showered with roses as he first walked triumphantly down the Grand Avenue of Athens...the Saviour of UGA some shouted, our Champion of Champions others proclaimed in an orgasmic release of emotion and Redman...well, oh how things have changed...

So Miami will have to tread water and accept Richt until 2020ish and then start over, again, for the 4th time. Richt is very unlikely to get the program consistently to ACCCG let alone win a Natty. But as with [INSERT COACH WHO MAKES IT ALL BETTER] at other programs, the shine on the penny gets rubbed and scuffed fairly quick.
