If football doesn't work out, Chargers ILB Denzel Perryman might have a future in a different sport.

Denzel Perryman, the Chargers 2nd round draft pick, is a 240-pound middle linebacker. He's not a small man. But, don't think the muscle-bound Miami product is just a mauler.
At the annual San Diego After School All-Stars Dodgeball Tournament at the Hilton Bayfront (hosted by Bolts defensive end Corey Liuget), Perryman stole the show with the elusiveness you would expect to find from a guy like running back Danny Woodhead. Or maybe Olympic gold medal gymnast Gabby Douglas.
After evading several throws in a 1-on-1 match up with fellow linebacker Cordarro Law, Perryman was recruited by a team of Minions (he won't be hard to spot) and danced around like a jitterbug. Watch the video and keep in mind ... this man weighs 240 pounds!
(At the end Denzel gives his explanation of how he ended up helping the best friends of Felonius Gru)

Don't see the big deal here. It was for charity. This wasn't a "Kellen Winslow" situation where he injured himself trying to be an X-games participant.

And this wasn't some flag football game or basketball pickup game situation. It was charity for kids playing a harmless game.

Some of these head coaches take themselves too seriously.

the issue is that he's already injured and not able to go to "voluntary" team practices, but then can dodge, duck, dip, dive, and dodge just fine. With that said, I agree the coach should discuss with him and let it go to rest.

I look at this as a positive his athleticism is incredible I can barely do this and o walk around almost 50 pounds lighter.
