Remember, there is a bowl game. All we need to happen is another Field Raping.

I am willing to bet that if we get Smashed in our Chicken Sh*t December Bowl Folden will be fired immediately.

we can lose our bowl game 50-0 and golden won't get canned

next year is really his first year, dude is the first coach in sports history to have his 5th season considered to be his 1st.

I think we are stuck with the fat *******. They don't care about the football program. We could get embarrassed by UCF or whomever, still won't matter
 
He is staying. Let it go. The BOT likes that he is white, a nice guy, articulate, and carries around a binder that says nothing. That's what this program has become. No bowl game result is going to change that.
 
If we play and lose badly to the likes of UL Monroe, Tulane or UCF, then yes he's all but fired.

If we play and get blown out by LSU, USC, Texas then there will be nothing but "Those are good programs and im proud of the guys playing so hard in a bowl game."

but it's a negligible difference from how bad it currently looks at 6-6, especially considering the lowly team we lost to, and the way we played. Either record is atrocious. There is just not much of a delta between the two.

C'mon UL Monroe, Tulane, and UCF have scholarship players also.

Those are sound football teams that stayed ahead of the chains. We kept giving them a short field and just couldn't make a tackle to get a stop on 3d down. It starts with me. Our players didn't make any explosive plays. We kept missing our assignments on defense. We're all disappointed, but it gives us a pillar to build on for next year.

The racist angle is not being played nearly enough. Where's Luke when you need him? Just stack Shannon's record against Golden's. The only thing Golden beat him in is the press conference.

UL Monroe and Tulane are not bowl eligible, but I like where your going with this!
