Everyone looking for that magical answer. Swayse is nothing but a puppet for the HC. Folden tells him what he wants emphasized, and that's what he does.

You think it's a coincidence that we went from light and fast under Shannon to bloated and slow under Folden? The two HCs choose to emphasize different things.

Folden had it all mapped out for him, and Swayze is just following his marching orders. Are you guys goofy enough to think Swayze has the autonomy to completely overhaul the philosophy of the weight training program and put the players on diets and make them light and fast?

This team has NEVER looked both fast and strong. It's one or the other. Frankly, our big men (OL/DL) have never looked anything but blubbery slow marshmallow men.

What the fuuuuq does this ******* have on people to be so adored and excused???

Exactly...only at miami where the leaders have NO idea how to run a successful football program , can a man be a S&C for 2 head coaches that get fired and still maintain his job. This is why we are laughed at by the SEC and FSU. We run our football infrastructure like it's 1999 still.

We need Baylors S&C coach. They're big and fast. The D line looks rediculous. Everybody looks like they are Spartans.
