Back when Lou Holtz was coaching at Notre Dame, he was playing a severely undermanned SMU program which was getting restarted. I forgot the score, but when a blowout ensued, he had his players run out of bounds or slide into turf when they had opportunities to score. Of course, Beano Cook and his fellow national media dopes fawned and gushed over what a class act he and his program were, with implications that UM wasn't.
Anyways, to me, as a former hs and little league athlete, I would have been embarrassed if my opponent did this and, likewise, if I was a backup on the winning team, I would have been angry as well.

Do you realize he was playing in the first half as well? There are only so many OL, some of the younger guys are going to get extra work.

2 weeks, 2 very poor performances. I know he’s a true freshman. This is normal for true freshmen. But how in the world was he rumored to start?? His pass grade on the season is an 8.5!!!! 17.5 last week 11.3 yesterday. He will not take a meaningful snap this year
