Yeah, in general the YouTubers try to make episodic productions out of nuggets or the re-gurgetation of published reports. And at times it's obvious they're stretching in order to allow time for people to tune in so they can get the coveted views and likes. Flo-Motion's not too bad comparatively in that respect. Generally, it is tedious when tuning in for hopefully some insight to be occupied for 45 minutes or so. I've started ffw'ing in hopes of finding newsy stuff or circling back if I stop the ffw in the middle of something interesting. Will say there's some pretty bad Hurricane content on YouTube
