And this isn’t his first targeting penalty this year. The coaches sent in a replacement gtf off the field. Why should a coach have to come hold his hand?
 
Maybe he was a little rattled from the collision. After all, the WR did lower his head to initiate contact with the crown of his helmet.

To be fair to Manny it’s really hard to prepare to that level of stupidity. but maybe it's still on them IDK.
 
I know ultimately it falls on Manny but I'm sure he was worried about keeping VA out of the end zone right then. I'd direct my anger at his position coach.
