Make sure everyone on defense who can declare stays. Shaq, Pinckney, joe, everyone who can stay get them To stay. Let them know your hiring a offensive coordinator who will get **** done. We come back next year with an above average defense and an offensive coordinator who actually can move the ******* ball and we don’t fall to far behind on recruiting. This year is a mess and isn’t gonna be saved. But a decent season next year and we can be back on track. Yes this is hopefull thinking I know.

His offensive coaching hires will make or break his tenure.

Let go of Searles and get an OC a modern offensive play calling coach where we can exploit and use our athletes to the best of their abilities. The OC hire will decide the future of Miami hopefully one who can recruit as well.

I’m probably the only one that wrote thread about firing Richt and promoting Diaz to HC.

Some on here think it’s a science in hiring the right guy! But we did it slow and failed! We did it from within and failed! We did it with the players wanting their guy and still failed! So it’s no guarantee that one thing translate to another. Just because you are good somewhere else doesn’t guarantee you will make it happen at the next place!

People screamed about a guy that was only a position coach and promoted him to HC after the HC was fired! It was suppose to be interim and temporary! But he was given the permanent HC duties and a new contract! You know who that was? It was a little known position coach with zero HC experience name Dabo Sweney!

Some of you guys would have been flying banners screaming about no experience and ready to pull the plug in the program if he was here!

Diaz will breath life in this dead program! He’s innovative and knows how to motivate the kids! He’s young and has time to figure it out what he does not know! I’m good with Manny and is willing to give him a shot!
