Firing Coaches and Changes

Let me preface this post by saying; do I want a new staff? Yes! Do I think we need a new staff? Yes!

But... realistically it’s not going to happen mid-season of season 1. So here are some realistic changes that I would like to be made ASAP!

1) Jarren Williams experiment is over. As far as I am concerned, he’s 3rd string moving ahead. If he wants to hit the portal then kick rocks. I’ll roll with Perry, Tate and Mocha if we need him to burn a shirt. Let Perry know he’s auditioning for the starting job next year but if he doesn’t perform then there will be open competition.

2) Blake Baker play calling is getting stripped. At least for a few games. He can keep the title (for this season) but beginning Monday, he’d be coaching LBs.

3) Bubba Baxa only kicking field goals if we’re leading a team comfortably.

4) Practice - we’re starting practice off jumping right into scrimmage after warm ups. Maybe this will cure the slow lethargic starts.

5) Get some of the GA's to run around with clubs and hit the players in the locker rooom to get them fired up before the games

6) Roll TV's out onto the sideline of Greentree and have all the Losses and highlights for the other teams displayed on repeat

7) Ban posting personal highlights on social media unless the team won that game

8) use bye weeks to actually prepare

Dude has one bad quarter and you want To throw him way. He played solid so far. It is first year starting. All qb has games like this at some point. Unfortunately the team is just not that good.

So I say this: **** you ignorant *** ************. You are not a real fan. ***** *** buster.
If you got a problem you can pull up, but make sure you pull up right.

Why would Williams hit the Portal after 5 games?
