I have actually waited 48+ hours to post this since I didn't want to post in the moment but I've come to the same conclusion that I did after the game. If we are going to make big changes don't stop at lil richt and searels. Thomas Brown contributes nothing. We've had good running backs before, during and we will after him. As CO-OC he has failed because while he has not called plays lets not pretend he has no input into our horrendous game plans. Let's also not pretend he's done anything to fix the same issues that have been occurring since last season. He is underqualified for his job and is only there because he played for Richt. I like Dugans but again we will recruit well at WR before, during and after him. He's lost out also on some elite talents like: Jeduy, Smith, etc. He is another former richt player and is just there because of that. He's a WR coach and easily expendable. Hartley has recruited great at TE and gotten lots out of them. But his job is not only coaching TE's. Special team is atrocious still, probably the worst in the last decade. Offensively he should not be fired but as ST coach he should and that could lead him to be out altogether. All progress made with TE's is lost with poor special teams.
Why fire the whole staff? Why not just the OL, Qb and OC? Because if Richt is the HC next year I don't want him to be surrounded by Yes Men who do not challenge him. Competition is best not only for players but in coaching as well. Yes we can continue with this love fest between all the coaches and all this family atmosphere BS but when you lose no one gives a **** about it. ITS ABOUT WINNING and thats it. Richt needs to be challenged and he needs to step out of his comfort zone. No more nepotism, former players or former coaching staff members. We need highly qualified and competent coaches to get us further than where we are. We don't have that now.

Hes 58. He almost retired because of the insane pressure. I feel the same he won't stick it out and put up with it. I think this was a 5 year job all along. Retire at 60 and move on
Wait til the "we want Butch" chants began during the game.

Him or his wife not ready for these Miami fans.

I hear Cleveland browns looking for an OC, and a head coach!! We got 1 of each,....and for the month of November we offering a special..2-4-1....BOGOF!! And for the first buyer,.. We'll even throw in an "up n coming" QB coach!

(All offers subject to product availability. Management may change offer, without notice, this may or may not include a ST coach, OL coach, and a "hydration specialist".)

Nooo we should absolutely not fire the whole Offensive staff..unless u plan on signing 20 3stars. We need tweaks in scheme and personnel. Our O is not a hard fix scheme wise tbh. IMO it’s 75% Jim’s and joes and 25% playcalling. Need to solidify the oline. Get one of the young QBS ready and add a new talented X factor (Haselwood & Payton )on the outside..If I was MR kelly Bryant or Jalen hurts are on the very top of my recruiting board as soon as the last game is over

It’s tough to make a judgement call about this scheme, and how fixable it is, based on what we’ve seen.

There very well might be only a handful of plays in his playbook. I don’t think I’d be surprised to find out there’s no motion anywhere in it.

Next year this whole staff will be fired or they will have to step down book it, the leadership in charge doesnt have the balls to do it now so we are waiting for the inevitable.

I’ve actually went back ang watch a couple of YouTube cuts from past season and brads last year. There’s some things we just haven’t shown this year. There wasn’t a lot of motion b4 if any. But the route concepts, being under center, RPOs, different roll outs/half rolls, delayed routes, double moves and a lot more two tightend sets were some of the things I noticed that were things that we used with Brad that we either don’t trust are QBs to go to or don’t trust the oline the hold blocks for. I think it’s the overall IQ Brad has to execute a variety of plays and the clear diff in arm talent. But this years O it seems MR and this staff have tried and really dumb it down

At Georgia coaches do a Sunday after the game call in show, or at least they did forever. If you heard the way dem dog fans talked to the coaches on da radio there you'd know Richt and the rest of em don't quit easy. You GuYs are lightweights compared to dem rabid dog fans.

lol

LOL

15 years they let that crap slide

we're not even through the 3rd year and we got planes gassing up

you were saying.. ?
