Makes total sense since the decision to fire Al and company is completely in his hands.
I used to think a good many of the posters were smarter than this, but it's blatantly apparent that's not the case.
Oh, Blake said this or that, again you should all be smarter than that as should he. He doesn't need to say anything, but if he didn't you would be on him about that. He's in a no win situation with his hands tied, but have at it.
Most fans are in fantasy land where contractual obligations are unknown, but still a reality. We don't know those specifics and it's easy to say fire everyone without all the information. After all, that's what people do all the time on these sites....talk out their *** without knowing what goes on behind closed doors. ****, even when talking about a game or play, there's all kinds of experts (Im their own minds) giving opinions without a clue of what they're talking about as shown daily here.
Al needs to go, no question about it. Obviously last year he had us by the balls due to his contract and hopefully that's not the case anymore. Firing him after a likely loss to Clemson could cost us a lot more money than waiting until the end of the year, who knows.

If we're holding on to Al Golden because of a few million dollars of buyout money, then just shut the whole thing down. Because many alums and fans are about to be at the point of no return. I graduated from UM and did not miss a home game from 1990-2007.
Now? I haven't seen a single snap since the 4th quarter of the Cincinnati game and have attended two games in the last five years.
If we keep Al Golden AGAIN, I am done.

We don't know the specifics, so I will continue to assume that the BOT or ADMIN is right and I will slurp their cackss just like Al's.
Newsflash: Those Potatoes who made the decision to hire Al and extend Al, are also the ones who are deciding not to firing Al. What makes you believe they have any ***ing clue what they're doing? What makes you think they know what is best for the program?
They all ***ing suck, they don't have a clue.
I think you sit their and act sophisticated and intelligent. What type of porster says the following?

Who the *** are you?
Give us the names of potential replacements since you're apparently qualified to say what a REAL AD is or isn't.
