I remember that segment. Bayless spins up these word asinine counter points that more often than not backfires on him.

He couldn't claim Miami as the best team of all-time because Dorsey didn't do anything in the Pros (thought we were debating college). But he went to claim Ohio State as they had Zeke (he has an affinity for Cowboy players), yet their QB didn't do anything in the pros either.

We keep telling them but they don’t believe it. They want to be “cool” and Badmouth the school and make fun of the kids who come here. Nothing would be more “cool” than having all these kids stay home and dominate. Nothing could be cooler than having everyone scrambling to see them say how are we going to beat Miami. No leaders any more only followers. Like he said Gore Portis and McGahee on one team. Could’ve been duke and dalvin, richards and jeudy and so on and so on. But no that wouldn’t be cool at all.
