It has been stated by several different outlets that Miami is going to take a class this year in the mid 20’s instead of the mid 30’s due to the roster size increase. Recruiting is a fluctuating process, so I know a lot can change between now and December, but who would you want to make up the hypothetical last 10 spots in the class.
1. DJ Jacobs
2. Jaiden Bryant
3. Kaden Henderson
4. Tre Moore
5. Eli Woodard
6. Jordan Karhoff
7. Andre Hyppolite
8. Loia Valade
9. Jamar Thompson
10. Surprise Commit

I think its been expected to be 20-22 this cycle. Maybe sprinkle in a couple no NIL guys too.

6 and 9 don’t seem to be priorities at the moment.

Not taking 10 more. Probably going to be about 22
That would be 7 more than we currently have. And if 2 or 3 guys defect, which is inevitable, that means 9 or 10 more..
Edit: when I say defect I mean either decommit or get pushed out.

Don’t see 2 or 3 leaving unless they are dropped and these are all guys they want
We had 2 guys decommit last fall.
3 the year before (not counting Malachi)
4 the year before (not counting Blount)

Coaches put a lot of weight on senior tape and there will inevitably be a casualty or 2.

Different situations. NIL is much bigger now and the team is actually good now. We have a lot of highly ranked guys. They aren’t dropping any of them. The senior film stuff is likely only in play for the lower ranked guys but with the tools guys like Johnson and ford have I don’t see it

I'm not sure what you're arguing about.

Are you saying that all 15 guys currently committed are going to definitely sign with us? If that's what you're saying, then we can just disagree. Even in today's era, that's unlikely.

Because I'm saying it's more likely there'll be at least 1 or 2 unforseen defections.

And I’m just saying I don’t see it happening lol
