The University of Miami men’s basketball team fell to No. 10 Virginia, 84-62, Friday night in the ACC Tournament semifinals at the Spectrum Center.
Virginia (29-4) took a 38-23 lead into the break. Miami (25-8) held a 17-15 advantage with 6:37 remaining after Tru Washington hit a layup and a 3-pointer and Dante Allen made a layup to cap off a 7-0 run.
The Cavaliers ended the half on a 23-6 run over the final 5:40 of the half.
