ya, feels great

Amazing play

needed win

BUT

This is Duke... NOT Duke basketball, Duke football.

This game should be over at halftime.

Those of us that have been around respect Duke as an academic institution.

We have a long way to go..... BBB

Dude it's a backup qb, a week the coach was fired , players mom died and the 22nd ranked team.

Yeah, but Duke isn't the same old Duke any more than we are the 2001 Canes. Important win in my book exactly because these guys needed something to go their way. We're still a mess on defense, and will be until we get a new coach, but there were some silver linings here - Rosier played a great game all things considered and in spite of ourselves we found a way to beat a team with a pulse on the road.

Who gives a **** tonight?

All analysis rings hollow tonight.

Their coach got fired and one of the leaders on the team lost his mom. They got the game ripped from them by refs, then overcame that through sheer will and divine intervention.

Just be happy for those kids and shut up about the rest.

Excuses? They were 6-1, ranked, and favored to beat us by 12.5. Grab a drink and enjoy life for once.

Speechless. I thought the game was over when Duke scored. Am shocked the refs didn't find some way to throw a flag on that play. ABOUT ***KING TIME SOMETHING LIKE THAT WENT OUR WAY!

Defense was good all game until the end. Much more aggressive. Not as many three man fronts or two gap scheme. Even on the last drive we were rushing four and getting after it, we just can't get lined up because of No D and we definitely did wear down because the o was anemic for the most part, which kept the d on the field against a good offense. Overall just happy we finally got a quality win!

Wow,,, Im gettin killed here. Im an alum from late 80's. Called a few friends and got the same "Don't blow your ****, pal, its Duke"... def a disconnect in mindset.
