most likely a case of Njoku not being bad, but Herndon also being really good. He's been making plays since the spring game.

I think for the first couple games, the depth chart doesn't mean much. It's more on the conservative side, and at certain positions it's less to do with who beat out who. Everyone is going to get playing time during these first couple games, so everyone's still getting a look.
Berrios and Lewis are on returns because they're upperclassmen who are sure handed.
Walton and Herndon are starting because of Richt's familiarity with them.
I think RB & TE starters change when we start getting into ACC play.
