NYstateofmind should retain Tom Mars to petition to have him declared immediately eligible to return and post again on CIS! Mods can't bee more unreasonable than the NCAA.

Im not too sure...seems like you need the dream team from OJ to get him off the ban....and I would make it 50/50....

There was a question a couple months back about who paid for a transfer lawyer.. school or player? Now we know:

“To be clear, Mars gets paid for this. This is not pro bono work. He typically charges clients “a reduced student-athlete rate” of about $400 an hour. NCAA rules now allow schools to pick up those tabs.”
