ESPN VS MIAMI HURRICANES

If you thought the espn guys were ****s,
You should look at the gameday discussion thread.
Gameday posts are s joke. A bunch of know nothing adolescents commenting on the game with absolutely no knowledge of football. At end of game when unc had ball deep in our side of the field, maybe half of kids posted that we are going to lose. Bingo, they immediately fumbled, we recovered, and ran clock out. Gameday seems to be a sanctuary for many posters that are somewhat unbalanced.

The announcers are some fxggots... especially that weird sounding surfer talking mfker talks like he has a mouth full of dcks.

I hate that guy... I can tell he was secretly rooting for UNC.

That was as blatant as it gets. Sounded like they took a UNC fan out of the stands to call the game.

I disagree.

I took it as them having higher expectations of us (which we want and which they should) and being disappointed in our offense for letting our team down...which it absolutely did. We're No. 8 and they were viewing our play through that lens. If we had a losing record and were an afterthought, do you really think they'd be "out to get us" then? It comes with the territory of being No. 8, one of only a few remaining undefeated teams, etc. Not to mention the context of the first playoff rankings coming out this week. It's evaluation time.

In fact, I pretty much agreed with everything they said, if not at least the general sentiment. I'm not gonna sit here and get mad at someone for saying exactly what I'm thinking about my own team.

X2. Well said. What did you guys expect them to say? What, that we are playing lights out. That we’re playing like a No.8 team? We stunk out there. Before the game, who thought this was going to be a cake walk, if did not prepare for a spoiler game. If you did, you live in a parallel universe. I’m glad they called it as they saw it. They agreed, we are winning, but they repeatedly said, if this performance rears its ugly head at VT or ND, we end up in plankton bowl. Truth hurts, and unless you acknowledge it you ain’t making progress.

Bro it wasnt even them pointing obviously bad play it was saying penalties werent penalties, things not called should have been and so on and so on. They were blatantly rooting against us. I hope they go f#$k their own faces

But the fact is we didn’t put ourselves at #8 all we can do is beat the teams we play. We’re also not running around proclaiming how great we are. Everything we do is looked at through a microscope.

So the media are overrating us?!? So now the media are biased in our favor?

It's not an anti-Miami schtick. They were just bored talent-less media members hoping for some drama and an upset to make their dull workday more exciting. Moving on...

UH, if memory serves me correctly it was 2 weeks ago that Clemson was in a dogfight with Syracuse & LOST. STFU TO ESPN & ALL OTHERS WHO WANT TO MAKE SNIDE COMMENTS.....WE WON & ARE 7-0...DEAL WITH IT & STFU. GO CANES!

****, Coach Richt probably does't want us in the Playoffs! Any one of the top teams would embarrass us. I'm not into the playoff hype this year because i know we aren't there yet!

Jason Bennetti & Kelly Stouffer were ****** awful, easily the worst we've had all season.

I'd rather Gilmore's hatin *** & Mark Jones over those two any day.

Stouffer is a CSU guy who has this distinction:

29. Kelly Stouffer - The 50 Worst Quarterbacks in NFL History | Complex

Benatti is ANOTHER Syracuse guy employed by CEO John Skipper's ESPN. Oh, where did Skipper graduate from? UNC.

Nothing like being from the Bob Costas' Tool School (Yes, Donna went there too!) and trying to butter up the boss before the pink slips go out at "The Worldwide Leader."

And people wonder how UNC got off so easy...Emmert has an MPA from Syracuse along with Swofford and the BIG's Delanny being UNC guys...Connections, Connections...

One of them was REALLY bad. As bad as I've seen. The hate was real with that one.
But hey we won so F U!

Our fans are a bunch of pussies. We score 24 points against a horrific Defense and get sensitive when our Offense is critiqued?
