With his rugby back ground, I can't wait to see him try to hit some one.

I don't think he has a Rugby background, but I know he spent most of his life playing Australian Rules Football as a fullback- the farthest back defensive position. Most teams put this position on the opponents biggest front line target. It's a position for badasses. Typically, these guys also do the kickouts where you kick from your own endzone up the field requiring accuracy and distance.

If you watch his highlights, he is a threat for a fake punt at any time he punts. These footy guys are trained to run and kick and also react under pressure. It's a different ball, and a different game. There is major adjustments to be made, but the ceiling is really high if he is coached right.

If he is legit, bathroom breaks will never start until after the punt team leaves the field.

I have been saying for a few years now that we need some of these guys in our program.
