Progress: FCS playoff contender
What we know for sure about FSU is: If it played at home and won the turnover battle by at least three, it would definitely contend for a spot in the FCS playoff. Beyond that, though, Week 2 might have been worse than Week 1. The Seminoles trailed Samford until late in the fourth quarter, surrendered 475 yards to QB Devlin Hodges and struggled to block the Bulldogs' pass rush for most of the game. Willie Taggart has a big job ahead of him, and FSU fans haven't been this angry at a coach since Jeff Bowden.

Lovin it!! **** wish Samford beat them, better for business, makes our 77-0 beat down look better

this was perfect if they had lost it might have sped up willie getting canned we need a slow and steady rot for many years to come we need him to keep going 8-5
 
Can't wait for that game..I loved beating them at the last second last year and ripping their hearts out but it'll be nice to blow them out for the first time in forever too
 
That’s some A+ trolling but you know FSU will play us tough. They always do. If we don’t figure out the OL and QB situation by then it will be a dog fight.

Man...I wish we were worth a **** so far this year so I could laugh harder at this.

Call me pessimistic, but after what Ive seen in our most recent games against decent-good opponents, I'm worried Willie may figure some things out before Mark by October 6th....simply by being willing to mix and match and take risks.

While we make ourselves feel better about F$U, sit back and think about how excruciating it would be to lose to their sorry *** squad this year.

Last year, when Francois went down, it should have been a foregone conclusion for us...thank God for the miracle of all miracles as we tried to hand them the game.
