Offensive line is horrendous. Prob the bad it as ever been. Until you fix that, there will not be much success. Like seriously watch them. Often times it is 4 vs 6 and the D just walks in. Random DE's just waltz by the tackles, they are practically holding on every play.

It's probably a combination of lac of talent and lack of coaching, lack of recruiting? I don't know. It's just bad

Thing is, we are getting flagged for EVERYTHING, some of it not even real, and the teams we play are getting away with **** near murder. We are NOT as undisciplined as the penalties make us look. They do this and then justify more flags because, well, Miami is the most penalized team in the country. They MUST be thugs.

I understand we get penalized more. But shooting a double fist of birds at an opponent and excessive celebrations were legit penalties, at horrible, game changing moments - that's undisciplined. Maybe its OK to do it in a blow out when you do a flip, but my college coach would have even made his life miserable for a selfish penalty.

The level of sacks and penalties is, indeed on the coaches. But we didn't lose to VT because of that. You can probably count on one hand the # of times a P5 team lost after being +5 in the turnover column.

Virginia tech was ranked 104 against the run

This is the most frustrating thing about the coaches. CMU did it too. Other teams are scheming to take away the run - loading the box. It also allows them to bring pressure more easily. We need to make teams pay - and if we have to throw it 60 times then so be it.

Will Manny was at least fun. Time to move on. I hope we win out and finish 10-3. However when VT was up 28-0 I hoped they would win 58-0 so Manny would be fired.
