Joe Brady and David Yost were never real options. Brady has NFL dreams and we cannot run the Air Raid here. Lashlee had several offers he turned down to come here. I know for a fact Washington, Missouri and Arkansas offered him the job but Texas, Oregon among others were said to be very interested. We get our up tempo spread offense and a OC whose a solid recruiter with Ties to the Southeast.

Exactly.

Miami is on it's fifth head coach in 14 seasons, Diaz just went 6-7 on the heels of Richt closing out his era 7-9 and this program has been in the tank for 15 years.

Yost and Brady are the belle of the ball and will have a slew of suitors.

It's January 3rd. Enos was fired a week ago and Miami has a quality new offensive coordinator in place—ready to run the offense everyone has been clamoring for.

If people can't STFU and enjoy the little victories along the way, what's the point of all this?

I would agree. I gave it an "A" considering this guy is taking a giant risk and we get to see how we do in more of a spread. He had a top 10 offense this year and that should makes some kids excited but how his recruiting ability translates to this program remains to be seen. Richt came in with perhaps the best recruiting pedigrees around and had no significant impact on our recruiting. Its going to take wins to change it.
