HC - Butch Davis

Offense
OC - Bill O'Brian (if we are willing to pay for assistants if not Dorsey at OC/QB is fine)

QB - Dorsey

OL - Richie Incognito (he would bring an attitude and toughness we need at ol. Instead we've allowed pc principal al golden to kick off the only ol with swag in gadbois)

TE/Recruiting Coordinator - Mario Cristobal (no he doesn't get assistant hc or coach in waiting non sense like some here say. Guy has not shown he deserves to be assistant hc. Match what Bama pays him and let him live in s fl over inbred Bama

WR - Bryan McClendon from Georgia (great recruiter)

RB - Anyone not ice harris

Defense
DC - Jim Leavitt (first hire Butch should make)

DL - Randy Hart (great dl coach and can recruit west coast)

LB - Bill McGovern (currently coaches lbs for Philadelphia Eagles. He is one of the best lb position coaches there is)

DB - Ed Reed

Special Teams - someone young from s fl with good ties with the hs coaches in Dade and Broward

**** point with Incognito is that we need someone with that mindset who is going to make our OL mean and nasty instead of taking hom0 erotic pix in miami uniforms

**** I think O'Brian could be fired

Bill has a HC job in the NFL.
Incognito plays in the NFL and is not a coach after the **** he pulled.
Dorsey would need OC to leave the Panthers imo.

So Bill O'Brien is gonna go from NFL HC to OC at UM? Incognito is gonna retire and come coach our OL? :monkey-serious:

OL coach is not someone you can just pick up from the street (fully aware that he's been in the NFL for quite a while, but that doesn't make him a coach) and expect him to succeed. An OL coach needs to actually be able to coach the position. That's like saying "Hey, let's get Ray Lewis to get away from ESPN and coach the LB's.". Ray probably doesn't know **** how to coach the position. He's probably the greatest LB to ever play, but he may be the exact opposite as a coach. Who f'ing knows?

Edit: Also, Incognito and Reed have never coached a day in their lives, so I say those 2 are a far cry from "home run" hires.

You have to find spots for Ray Lewis and Ed Reed on that staff.

That staff would make it move, although I doubt you're getting Lamar to make a backwards move.

That's also too many coaches. You only get 9 besides the HC. That's 10.
