Probably the worst staff you could possibly come up with.
 
So you pretty much want to keep our current staff? Butch isn't bringing mario on staff. QB coach will be Dorsey if butch is hired and I'd bet money he brings schiano as assistant hc & dc
 
Hate Cristobal as a HC, but i think he'd be an A+ hire as positional coach and assistant.

But we definitely need better OC and DC than that though...

Just a scenario.... i cant think of any other names of people to come i here...i tried to keep the South Florida Connects on staff...

You think Schiano will take a DC position??? I might be wrong but i dnt think he will... either HC or bust for him
 
If it is Butch he will bring in a lot of new but familiar faces and I think he keeps Ice and Beard!

Yes I think he would take a dc position for butch as long as he was also an assistant hc. Butch n Schiano are very close and I'm sure Butch would sell Schiano on turning over the miami program to him after 5 or so years.
 
Coley can kick rocks.

Beard isn't even remotely qualified

Hurlie needs to go especially after him being quoted "7 wins are are good at Miami"

Kehoe needs to kick rocks
 
Butch brings back soldy to coach runningbacks..... keeps ice.. for special teams... hires dorsey as oc/qb coach. keeps kehoe. mario as recruiting coordinator and asst HC.

Not sure about dline and db
