Please start putting together a package for Chip Kelly.. Have it ready as you will have to pull the trigger within 5 months..

Would love to hear 1 valid reason why Chip Kelly would leave the Eagles for the Hurricanes. Please start off with the financial aspect....

He has the makings of the next guy whose dictator tactics will not last in the NFL, ala Saban, and will be fired once he doesnt make the playoffs this year, or will leave from the pressure.. Like Saban I think he may need to be lured away by a proactive suitor..

in terms of money, its just time for Miami to pony up, and also I think theres a window where many of the programs who would overpay have committed to someone else.. there may be a window where the competition is not that steep

"It's just time for Miami to pony up" explains exactly how delusional your arguement is. Don't you think they'd "pony up" or fire Al if they actually wanted to win? No arguing that we wouldn't want Chip but you pitch his name as if Miami is a destination job that attracts the so called big names. Never has and never will and the main reason being as that the pay sucks.
 
So, Chip Kelly supposedly doesn't like the "persona" of some of his NFL players, but he's gonna be ok with South Florida kids?

I see Chip Kelly going to a school like Oklahoma. Chip doesn't seem like the type to deal with prima donnas ...

Danny, is that you? So we are going to double what we are currently paying Al, while paying him until 2020?
 
Agree, which is why I can see him going back to college.

But with the Miami recruiting base, he'll be dealing with a lot of kids who have the "persona" he supposedly doesn't like ...

There are other college programs where he can get the kind of kids he prefers, without dealing with South Florida kids ...
