He’ll be a HC next year.. unfortunately we missed our chance..

The fact that he had 7 strong years as a qb coach in the NFL with proven development of guys like Cam Newton or Josh Allen wasn’t good enough for this board.

He’s not stepping down from the NFL. He’ll probably be a HC within three years.
 
Of course everyone wants yet another Miami guy to come home and save us after the latest cane savior couldn’t do it in 5 games… it would take only slightly longer for him to fall from Miamis grace if he were to come back..I’d say about two months of football.
