Richt ain't giving up play calling..... no matter what..
Stop with all this..bring in this coach, or that coach.
He will always hire a greater dufus than himself even if forced...

Is he good enough to be an oc at Miami? What are his tendacies he likes to do calling plays and how good was he at Carolina with cam newton?

Honestly I would Like Kendall briles to be the offensive coordinator here, it will be an amazing site to see at Miami but obviously you would have to do a thorough vetting process of his involvement if any of what occurred at Baylor for sure.

Dorsey has never been an offensive coordinator, only a qb coach. Do people automatically assume he will be a great coach here simply because he was the last "great" qb we had?

Again there's a reason he didn't get another coaching gig, just like there's a reason Davis ended up at FIU. Oh, wait I remember, it's because he's very selective.

He may or may not be the answer. But a change is definitely need to defib this offense. Dorsey was a great QB not because of his talent (which wasn't eye-popping), but because he was a true student of the game and basically slept in the film room. He shouldn't get the OC gig right away, but if it were even possible, I'd bring him in as a QB-coach/Assistant OC and see what he can do.

No he wouldn't....not with Richts system...

like everything else in football, and in life, i guess it all depends upon what is offered and what the circumstances are at the time.

personally, i think ken would be great as OC/QB coach at UM.

would be happy if that were the case, and anything is possible, but i'm not holding my breath.

I guess that all depends on your opinion of Butch and FIU. I see it as a win-win for both Richt and Dorsey down the road. He was waiting for the call until we announced our 10th hire.
And you know this how?

Exactly, miami isn't a learn on the job opportunity. He needs to go to some smaller school and prove himself as an OC first.
